In response to confectionery manufacturer's demands for faster ball lollipop forming machines, LMC International has expanded its product line and unveils its new BLP-8 Ball Lollipop Machine. The BLP-8 Ball Lollipop machine is the fastest ball lollipop machine on the market today and forms up to and over 1,000 ballpops a minute. The BLP-8 is the next generation BLP-4 machine which forms up to 500 pops a minute. The BLP-8 was designed to meet the larger production needs of many growing manufacturers. The BLP-8 is the most robust machine of its kind and is presently running in plants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The exciting value this machine offers is its space efficiency, ease of operation and the ability to be fully automated. Forming machine adjustments are sometimes needed while running confectionery equipment and the BLP-8 has been designed to allow operators to make adjustments while the machine is in operation thus eliminating production downtime. The BLP-8 has a multiple hot-air/cold air system. The hot air system heats the dies to prevent sticking, and a high-pressure air jet removes excess flashing precluding downtime for cleaning. The BLP-8 forms 20mm pops up to 1112 pcs/min, 24mm pops up to 937 pcs/min, 26mm pops up to 862 pcs/min, and 28mm pops up to 812 pcs/min. The lollipop weight range is 7 to 20 grams. The lollipops can be formed into balls or spherical shapes. The BLP-8 also has an extra capacity stick hopper and a pneumatically operated stick shut off system.
