This is achieved by continuously cooking and cooling the base bob syrup under very highly controlled temperatures and conditions, and then crystalizing the fondant in Hohberger's patented beaters. The finished product can then be colored, flavored and further processed to meet the client's unique product requirements.

This fondant production process is continuous, eliminating the labor intensive batching process and consequently providing customers the opportunity to increase profits through cost reduction.
