The Latini APS automatic sugar coating system has been developed for the coating of various types of centers such as chocolate lentils, chewing gum, nuts, soft chewy center, or solid sugar jaw breakers. These units will produce a consistently high-quality hard sugar coated candy in a fully automated way.

The completely self-contained system consists of an AC variable speed controlled air handling system with suitable cooling and dehumidification plant, automatically controlled steam coil, all air monitors for velocity, temperature, and humidity, stainless steel perforated drum with product baffles and product unloading chute, spraybar with mounted guns, dust collection system, and fully computerized automatic controls with a user friendly operator's monitor.

The extremely flexible and changeable recipe programs suit all types of production requirements. The APS system include a compact design, are well-suited for multiple installations, and are competitively priced for even the small producer.
