Latini's belt coater has revolutionized modern panning. It's ease of use and great savings in space, labor, and overall cost compared to traditional revolving pans, make it perfect for even the small producer. Yet with its fully programmable features, it is ideal for large installations as well. Our belt coaters are available in three sizes: 24", 48" and 60" belt widths. They uniformly coat all types of centers, including nuts, dried fruit, extruded confections, and cereals, with all varieties of coatings; chocolate, compounds, yogurt, etc., producing confections of the highest quality. These belt coaters are also widely employed in the production of soft sugar panned products such as jelly beans.

Though the largest belt coaters on the market, they are designed for space efficiency. In minimal floor space, the 60-inch belt coater will chocolate coat 750 pounds of peanuts at a 2:1 chocolate to peanut ratio in less than an hour. The self-contained unit includes a large, accessible coating chamber, air distribution system, and chocolate dispensing and automatic product unloading system which require little labor involvement.

Optional digital-readout load cells monitor and control the coating process, allowing you to have very consistent control over the loading of centers, chocolate coating process, and final batch weight. And our optional PLC control offers full automation of the process, with programmable control of belt speed and direction, air flow, and chocolate dispersion, all through a user-friendly touch-screen control panel with multiple-recipe storage.

Unit is all stainless-steel construction with high-density plastic side panels and smooth polypropylene belting.
