Our Latini belt polisher operates on the same principle as our belt coater, providing great savings in space and labor, as compared to traditional revolving pans. The gentle handling of the product produces an exceptional polish. These units are also ideal for the containment and processing of volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), byproducts of the polishing process.

The belt polishers are available in three sizes: 24", 48" and 60" belt widths, ideal for the application of polishing compounds to all types of engrossed centers. The large chamber and ample volume of air flow produce a very high quality polish, with less scuffing, while using minimal floor space. The automatic unloading of the product further facilitates the entire polishing process.

Included is a Lexan pull-down door to enclosed the polishing chamber, and a rear-venting exhaust fan which extracts the fumes. Multiple units may be manifolded together for further air processing. Unit is all stainless-steel construction with high-density plastic side panels and ribbed, smooth polypropylene belting.
