7 days a week. It will form, as it inserts the stick, round and adjustably oblong lollipops, with and without center fillings such as gum and toffee. This machine offers value in space efficiency, ease of operation, and trouble-free design.
The BLP features a hot / cold air system to assist in start-up and in product release from the dies. A high-pressure air jet removes excess flashing precluding downtime for cleaning. You can even make adjustments to the pop height and weight while the machine is in full operation. The extra-capacity stick hopper also means that less operator attention is required.
The BLP-4 will produce up to and over 500 ball lollipops per minute, and in response to customers' needs, we have added the BLP-8, which is running throughout the world at speeds well over 1000 lollipops per minute.
