Latini Cooling Drums are available in two basic sizes: 30" diameter X 15' length, and 36" diameter X 20" length. The perforated cylinder design is especially well suited for the cooling of ball lollipops and other spherical candies, assuring maintained roundness, smooth surfaces, and straight sticks.

The cooling drums are geometrically engineered to generate a consistent and uniform flow of air around the product, maximizing the cooling process. Adjustable speed drive and tilting mechanism control the product flow rate, and smooth urethane wheels support the drum, giving quiet and accurate rotation. The very robust design requires little operator attention.

These revolving cylinders also lend themselves to many other applications beyond cooling. When large volumes of product require drying, sizing, separating, coating, deflashing, or deburring within a rather short process time, these tunnels can often be the solution.
