Latini Refrigerated Cooling Drums are available in two basic sizes: 30" diameter X 15' length, and 36" diameter X 20" length, with and without insulated side panels. Designed for efficient cooling of ball lollipops and other cylindrical candies, the perforated drum allows the cooled air to easily pass throughout the candy mass, cooling it quickly. These refrigerated units are most often employed where the ambient temperature is greater than 77F (25C).

The cylinder design assures maintained roundness, smooth surfaces, and straight sticks. Adjustable speed drive and tilting mechanism control the product flow rate, and smooth urethane wheels support the drum, giving quiet and accurate rotation. The very robust design requires little operator attention.

The self-contained refrigeration unit is both energy and space efficient. Drum may be custom-designed to suit any other revolving cylinder application.
