The Latini Chocolate Spraying System has been in use for over fifty years. It is a proven system with hundreds of installations world-wide. This simple and easy to operate system is adaptableto any existing customer owned pans, or can accompany new coating pans from Latini. Our complete system includes the stainless steel chocolate melters, hot water jacketed pumping system, water jacketed conveying pipes, water jacketed spray lines and guns, and return lines back to the melters, along with the hot water tank, thermostatically controlled heater, and water pump. All the items necessary to operate the system are carefully designed, and layout drawings and operating instructions are supplied with each custom installation.
