Hohberger cooling wheels are employed by the most prominent confectionery companies for the continuous or batch cooling of caramel, fudge, taffy, hard candy, sugar free candy, pure sugar, pastes, chocolate, jellies, fats, cheese and flaking operations.
Available in three standard sizes, as well as any custom requirements, these wheels are constructed from all stainless steel and include a machined and polished drum surface with insulated sides. Our very efficient closed-loop water re-circulation system, with an interior water spray system, ensures a uniform temperature gradient over the entire wheel diameter for maximum and uniform BTU removal. Teflon-coated wheel surfaces are available. |
