Latini International's four stage sizer is a stand-alone unit which features a heavy-duty gear drive and four sets of stainless steel sizing wheels which are individually adjustable and electrically heated. All Latini International sizing systems have individual and infinitely variable speed AC motors and controls, all encased in a watertight enclosure.
The stainless steel exit tray includes a delay feature that controls the feed of the candy rope by automatically slowing the sizing wheel rotation speed when needed in order to ensure a proper, continuous flow to the forming equipment. A central lubrication system lubricates all bearings and gears. Additional wheel sets can be ordered to suit any rope size requirements.
