Latini Multiple Revolving Pan Systems consist of multiple bowls mounted onto a common sanitary heavy duty tubular frame. Each bowl has an individual, robust shaft-mounted reducer and gearmotor, which eliminates the maintenance concerns of the old roller chain driving system. Pans are available in a large variety of sizes and shapes. All bowls are of high-quality spun and polished stainless steel construction.

All ribbed bowls are manufactured with ribs pressed directly into the bowl for sanitary and permanent construction. Basic units have fixed speed with reverse rotation. Options include variable speed rotation controls and an iris discharge valve for unloading the finished product from the bowl. We are also able to custom manufacture pans to customer specifications.
