Mounted directly onto the batch roller, our single and two-stage sizers feature stainless steel sizing wheels which are individually adjustable and electrically heated. All Latini International sizing systems have individual and infinitely variable speed AC motors and controls, all encased in a watertight enclosure.

The stainless steel exit tray includes a delay feature that controls the feed of the candy rope by automatically slowing the sizing wheel rotation speed when needed in order to ensure a proper, continuous flow to the forming equipment.
