Bowl Size: 24", 38", 42", 48", 60", and 66" Diameter Bowl Style: Pear-shaped or round, smooth (grossing) or ribbed (polishing)

These full-size production models have a sturdy closed frame design with a robust shaft-mounted reducer and gearmotor, which eliminates the maintenance concerns of the old roller chain driving system. Pans are available in a large variety of sizes and shapes. All bowls are of high-quality spun and polished stainless steel construction.

All ribbed bowls are manufactured with ribs pressed directly into the bowl for sanitary and permanent construction. Basic units have fixed speed with reverse rotation. Options include variable speed rotation controls and an iris discharge valve for unloading the finished product from the bowl. We are also able to custom manufacture pans to customer specifications.
