Latini's STBW, a single-twist ball lollipop wrapping machine, can wrap up to 300 pops per minute, making it one of the fastest ball-wrapping machines available today. Wrapping lollipops up to 38mm in diameter, the STBW offers an innovative servo paper registration system, which consistently places customers' logos exactly as desired, a significant improvement over previous technology. The digitally-controlled heated sealing jaws assure precise control over the tightness of the sealing twist so the wrap is consistently sealed at the tightness desired.

A structurally robust design and state-of-the-art rotary paper knife offer a combination of speed and consistent quality wrapping that has not previously been available in the industry. This machine has multiple twisting stations, automatic sorting and feeding hopper, and a paper saving device. The STBW is easy to clean and maintain and the water tight controls and variable speed drive assure trouble-free operation.

For large diameter lollipops, we offer the STBW-6 which wraps up to 150 pieces per minute, by employing half the number of twisting stations of the higher-speed, standard STBW-12.
